1. Product Use

All go-boxes and related products sold by 3C Ham Shack are designed for amateur radio hobbyist use only.

By purchasing or using our products, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of radios complies with FCC rules and all applicable laws.

  • You assume full responsibility for radio operation, frequency use, and on-air conduct.

  • All radio warranties must be handled directly with the manufacturer (e.g., Yaesu, Icom, Kenwood).

2. Battery & Power Safety

Many of our builds include batteries and power systems. Improper use can result in injury, fire, or property damage.

You agree to:

  • Handle, charge, and store batteries safely and according to manufacturer instructions.

  • Never leave batteries unattended while charging.

  • Ensure that your use of the power system is within safe limits.

3C Ham Shack is not liable for damages or injuries resulting from misuse, modification, or improper handling.

3. Warranty

  • All builds are tested prior to shipping.

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, there is no general warranty.

  • If your build arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery for resolution.

  • Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Custom builds are non-returnable unless authorized by 3C Ham Shack.

  • Approved returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

5. Shipping

  • We strive to ship orders promptly, but shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • 3C Ham Shack is not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers.

6. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing and using our products, you agree that 3C Ham Shack is not liable for:

  • Personal injury, property damage, or other loss resulting from use or misuse.

  • Issues arising from improper radio operation or failure to comply with FCC regulations.

  • Battery failures or hazards related to charging, storage, or usage.

  • Warranty claims for radios or components supplied by the manufacturer.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3C Ham Shack and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of our products.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Agreement

By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
