Product Use

All go-boxes and related products sold by 3C Ham Shack are designed for amateur radio hobbyist use only. These products are intended for licensed radio operators or individuals using radios within the limits of applicable regulations.

By purchasing or using our products, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of radios complies with FCC rules and all local laws.

  • You assume full responsibility for radio operation, frequency use, and on-air conduct.

Battery & Power Safety

Many of our builds contain power systems and batteries. Improper use of batteries can cause damage, injury, or fire.

  • Buyer assumes full responsibility for safe handling, charging, and storage of batteries.

  • Always follow manufacturer guidelines for battery charging and use.

  • Never leave batteries unattended while charging.

3C Ham Shack is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from misuse, modification, or improper handling of equipment.

Warranty

  • All builds are tested before shipping.

  • Because these are custom products, we do not offer a blanket return policy.

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery for resolution.

  • Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

  • All radio warranties must be handled directly with the manufacturer of the radio.

Returns

  • Due to the custom nature of our builds, returns are generally not accepted unless authorized by 3C Ham Shack.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Limitation of Liability

By purchasing and using our products, you agree that 3C Ham Shack is not liable for:

  • Personal injury, property damage, or other loss resulting from use or misuse.

  • Issues arising from improper radio operation or failure to comply with FCC regulations.

  • Battery failures or hazards related to charging, storage, or usage.

  • Warranty claims related to transceivers or other radios (these must be handled with the original manufacturer).
